General informations
Ingredients
1. Cut butter into cubes and melt in a pan. Chop the spring onions and garlic and sautéed in butter. Add the flour, combine well until smooth.
2. Gradually, pour the milk, stirring constantly, and cook (without boiling) until thickened. Remove from heat.
3. Add the ham cut into strips and store in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and spread the bread crumbs on a dinner plate. Shape ham mixture into small sausages and roll each croquetas in eggs and then in the bread crumbs. Arrange on aluminum foil.
5. Deep fry croquetas in small batches until golden-brown.
