Ingredients
1. Peel and slice the onions and shallot. Wash and chop the basil to get 2 tablespoons. Shave the parmesan with a peeler.
2. Put the ground meat in a bowl. Add olive oil, onions and basil. Pour the vinegar. Salt and pepper. Mix.
3. Cover the bowl with a cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Using a cookie cutter, place the tartare in the plates on the Italian bread. Sprinkle with parmesan shavings. Enjoy immediately.
