Ingredients
1. Split the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife. Boil the milk with the sugar, vanilla beans and pod.
2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour the hot milk over the eggs and stir vigorously. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C. Prepare a water bath.
3. Buttered a baking dish and pour the preparation. Place the dish over a water bath and bake for 20 minutes. Do not let the cream boil. Leave to cool before placing in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
