Sauteed beef with soy sauce

If you want a quick meal, here is a quick recipe to make beef sautéed in soy.

  Ingredients

1.  Rinse and drain the bean sprouts.

2. Cut the meat into strips.

3. Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan and saute the shallots.

4. Add the meat, cook for 3 minutes, then add the peppers and bean sprouts.

5. Pour Nuöc Mám  and soy sauce, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Decorate with chopped chives and serve immediately with white rice.

Our cooking tip: This recipe can be made with bacon or chicken. It is possible to spice the dish with ¾  teaspoon of chili puree.
