Is there anything better than a homemade hot dog ? To make some yourself, follow this easy recipe with ketchup sauce.

General informations
Ingredients
1. In a saucepan, over low heat, simmer tomatoes, 1 onion and garlic for 30 minutes.
2. Add vinegar, sugar and tabasco. Set aside. Cook chipolata sausages in a pan with the remaining onions.
3. Open and toast the hot dog buns for 2 minutes.
4. Spread ketchup sauce and garnish each with 2 sausages and 1 tablespoon onion.
