Homemade pancakes
Pancakes on Sunday morning? Sounds great. But taste even better when they are homemade. Follow our recipe and pancakes will have no more secrets for you.
1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, yeast and sugar. Melt the butter in slightly warm milk and pour over the previous mixture. Add the lightly beaten eggs and whisk until thick batter. Let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat a large skillet with oil, gently ladle the pancake batter. Cook about 1 minute and when bubbles begin to set around the edges, flip the pancake. Serve immediately and accompany with butter, maple syrup, honey, coulis, jam or jelly berries.

Our tip: don’t mix the batter too long. Simply combine all ingredients. For fluffy pancakes, use flour type 65.
