World-renowned Chef Diego Jacquet is revealing his chimichurri sauce recipe. This popular Argentinean sauce can be used as a condiment or marinade, and is the perfect accompaniment for any grilled foods.

  Ingredients

To prepare this sauce, visit Chef's gourmet market at BoCHINche:

1. Chop parsley, spring onions and red peppers finely. Set aside.

2. Mix all dry spices with warm water to hydrate them slightly.

3. Add the chopped parsley, spring onions and red pepper to the spice mix.

4. Add oil, balsamic vinegar and let marinate for 24 hours to bring out the flavor of the spices and to allow sauce to achieve the right consistency.
