Grilled sea bream with citrus
You love fish but do not know which one to choose? By choosing this grilled sea bream with citrus you'll be sure to make the right choice.
1. Wash and cut citrus into thin slices. Wash, dry and thin out the parsley. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C.
2. Fill the stomach and gills of the sea breams with citrus slices alternating orange and lemon. Salt and pepper.
3. Brush the fish with olive oil and place them in a baking dish. Cover with the remaining citrus and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Decorate with parsley and complement with white rice.
Our cooking tip: When preparing this recipe for the whole family, we advise you to choose, if you can, rather than 3 small sea breams pick one large piece. The advantage of a big fish is that you will cook on low heat longer: the flesh will be even more tender and soft. You can add thyme, tomato slices and a little fresh basil. It's delicious.
