Zucchini and feta gratin

Gratin are basic dishes for family meals. Today we suggest you this delicious zucchini gratin with feta cheese.

1. Wash, dry the zucchini, then slice. Immerse for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside.

2. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Crush the feta. Heat olive oil in a pan and toss the onions and garlic Add the zucchini (set aside 4 for the garnish). Leave to cook for 5 minutes while stirring with a wooden spoon.

3. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. Arrange the zucchinis on a gratin dish.

4. Whisk the eggs, cream and milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour the batter onto the zucchinis. Add the feta and sprinkle with oregano. Place the remaining zucchinis on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
