Potato and tuna cupcakes with turmeric sauce

Here is a great recipe for cupcakes stuffed with potatoes, tuna and turmeric sauce. Easy to make, these savory cakes are eaten as an appetizer or starter.

1. Wash the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Pour water halfway up, cover with cling film and cook for 8 minutes in the microwave at maximum power. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

2. In a bowl, combine potatoes, peeled boiled eggs, tuna, gruyere cheese, milk, starch and baking powder. Add olive oil.

3. Divide the mixture into 4 cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (th. 6). Combine the cottage cheese with turmeric. Top the cupcakes with the sauce.
