Tajine is a very fragrant and tasty dish. This variant with calamari is no exception. Just wonderful!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash thoroughly the squids. Empty from internal organs trim the tentacles , pull out the shell. Cut into slices.
2. Wash the tomatoes, peel and seed. Then put in a cast iron pot, add the chopped garlic, olives, coriander and chopped parsley, bay leaves, spices and oil.
3. Cook the tomatoes over low heat until evaporation of their water. Add the squid and lemon juice.
4. Allow the sauce if the tajine to reduce for 10 minutes on low heat.
