Chicken skewer with sesame and soy

Here is a delicious preparation of chicken skewer with soy sauce and sesame. Serve the skewers with a bowl of rice.

1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Pepper them and thread on wooden skewers. Grill for 3 minutes on each side on a grill or barbecue.

2. Into a small saucepan, pour the soy sauce and fish sauce, heat over low heat until the sauce thickens. Keep warm.

3. Brown the sesame seeds in a nonstick skillet without fat for 1 minute on medium heat, stirring. Once they begin to brown, remove them from the pan.

4. Place the skewers on plates, sprinkle with sauce and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with white rice decorated with chive sprigs.
