1. Combine the lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Cut the pork into cubes and put them in the marinade. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Cook the bulgur as indicated on the package. Then pour it into a bowl, add the chopped parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper, mix well and place in the chiller.
3. Thread the pork on skewers and grill for 20 minutes basting regularly with the marinade, and turning often. Salt and pepper.
4. Serve with tabbouleh.
