Zucchini cannelloni with white sauce
Cannelloni are stuffed with a preparation of cream and zucchini. They are then covered with a white sauce before placing in the oven. Delicious!
1. Peel the all the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Cook over low heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the crumbled feta cheese into the vegetables and blend for a few seconds: the mixture must remain solid with pieces of vegetables. Season to taste. Cook the cannelloni according to instructions on the packet, and fill the cannelloni with the vegetable mixture.
3. Mix the cold milk with cornstarch, then cook for a few minutes while stirring until you get a thick sauce.
4. Place the stuffed cannelloni on a baking dish and coat with white sauce. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (th.6/7). Serve straight out of the oven.
