You only need 45 minutes to prepare this beautiful and delicious raspberry tart.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at 210°C. (th.7). Grease a tart mould with butter and place 1 round of shortbread pastry dough. Prick with a fork.
2. Crumble the biscuits with a spoon at the base of the tart. Add the raspberries. Cover with the second shortbread pastry dough and prick the top with a fork. Seal the dough with damp fingers.
3. Beat the yolk with 1 teaspoon of water and brush the dough with the egg wash. Bake the tart for 35 minutes. Serve warm with a side of crème fraiche.
