Beef "candies" with crudites

Regale your guests with these beef bites shaped into sweets.

  Ingredients

1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain and chop them.

2. Wash, dry and chop the cabbage. Peel and chop the carrots. Wash, dry and loosen the cilantro and chop the mint. Wash and dry the chives.

3. Mix all the vegetables. Pour the lemon juice and drizzle oil on the vegetables. Add salt and pepper.

4. Cook the soy vermicelli for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and let cool.

5. Cut the slices of beef carpaccio into strips. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with soy sauce.

6. Soak the rice paper in cold water, drain on a cloth and lay out on the table. Stuff with vermicelli, crudites, strips of beef, mint and cilantro. Roll the rice paper and seal the ends with a branch of chive. Serve chilled with soy sauce.
