Caramel pork with rice noodles

Here is an original and delicious recipe to make rice noodles with caramelized pork. An ideal dish to feast your guests.

1. For the marinade, in a shallow bowl combine honey, soy sauce, spices with oil. Cut the ribs, two bones per portion. Place in the marinade for 1 hour.

2. Wash, dry and cut celery stalk into sections. Preheat the oven and turn on the broiler grill. Place the ribs on the oven rack with the drip pan underneath. Bake for 30 minutes.

3. About 15 minutes before the pork finishes cooking, cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions.

4. Drain the noodles and divide into 4 bowls. Add the caramelized pork. Sprinkle with chopped celery and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
