1. Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper and combine.

2.  Wash, dry eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into thin slices.

3. Wash and dry the chervil. Heat the plancha.

4. Sprinkle the vegetables with the marinade, salt and pepper and mix.

5. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper.

6. Transfer the vegetables on the grill for 3 minutes. Garnish with chervil leaves.
