Ingredients
1. Prepare the Fontainebleau: crush the nougatine. Drain the quark cheese and place it into a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and the crushed nougatine. Mix quickly and set aside.
2. Pour the liquid cream into a round bowl and whip it. Incorporate the icing sugar while whipping. Mix it gently with the quark cheese .
3. Cut the brown nougat into pieces for garnishing, divide it into the bases of 6 glasses. Pour the Fontainebleau cream on top and add 2 small scoops of ice cream. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve.
