Grilled salmon fillet with endives

The salmon fillet can be cooked in an original way with good braised endives.

  Ingredients

1. Wash, dry the endives and dig at the base to take out the heart, it is the bitter part. Cut it into sections. Rinse the parsley and dill.

2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the endives. Add salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

3.  Remove the bones of the salmon fillets, place in an oiled pan and cook for 10 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other side. Pepper and sprinkle with sea salt.

4. Divide the vegetables and fish on the plate. Garnish with sprigs of parsley and dill.
