For celebrations, prepare crispy bites of salmon tartare for appetizer. The recipe is very easy.

1. Cut raw and smoked salmon into small cubes.

2. Combine together dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Top bread croutons with salmon tartare and garnish with dill. Serve chilled.
