For easy and delicious side dish, we suggest a potato recipe with mint.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash the potatoes and place in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Add coarse salt and the stems of the bunch of mint (keep the leaves).
2. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and easy to pierce with a knife.
3. During the cooking, chop the mint leaves. Drain the potatoes, place in the center of each plate, drizzle with vinaigrette. Salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with chopped mint and lemon zest. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: Serve with lamb, lamb grilled chops, shoulder or leg. A real delight!
