Pork ragout and chanterelles
Prepare a pork stew with chanterelles with our simple recipe. This delicious and hearty dish will delight the whole family.
1. Peel and chop 2 onions, prick them with a few cloves. Peel 4 carrots and slice. Saute them for a few minutes over high heat with 1 tablespoon of hot oil.
2. Cut 500 g of the grilled pork into small cubes, place in the saucepan with the garlic and carrots. When it is golden, deglaze with 2 glasses of white wine. Add 1 bunch of bouquet garni (parsley, thyme, bay leaves), salt and pepper. Cover and leave to simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Clean 500 g chanterelles. Saute with 20 g of butter in a pan. Add salt when they start to release water. After the liquid evaporates completely, add to the saucepan with the pork and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
