Chocolate and hazelnut lollipops

If you are hosting a party, make these chocolate and hazelnut lollipops to cap off the meal. A real dessert party.

  Ingredients

1. Grate the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Place the crushed hazelnuts and cocoa powder, each in a bowl.

2. Rinse and dry the strawberries. Remove the stalksThread the fruits on wooden spikes.

3.  Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. Pour immediately over the chocolate while mixing with a whisk until smooth.

4. Dip the fruit lollipops in chocolate and cocoa, and finally in crushed hazelnuts. Let cool on a parchment paper sheet.
