Puff pastry salmon with Christmas spices
Try this easy and gourmet recipe to make a salmon seasoned with Christmas spices and in puff pastry.
1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Stir the broth in 1 litre of salted water and bring to a boil. Poach the fillets for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Meanwhile, chop the cloves and roll out the puff pastry and cut two rectangles of 25 x 12 cm.
On one of them, place the salmon fillets one after the other, sprinkle spices, salt and pepper.
Lightly brush the edges of the dough with water, then cover with the second rectangle and seal by pressing. Brush with the eggwash (whisk 1 egg yolk in 1 tablespoon of water).
3. On the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the puff pastry salmon and draw scales with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes, so it is golden brown. Serve immediately, with sour cream and chopped chives.
