Reblochon, pears and cumin tart

Here is an original and flavourful tart wirh reblochon cheese, pears and cumin.

  Ingredients

1. Place the puff  pastry dough in a tart pan lined with parchment paper.

2. Prick with a fork.

3. Cut the reblochon cheese into thin slices, keeping the rind.

4. Peel the two pears, core and cut into thin slices.

5. Arrange the pear slices on the dough, spacing them from one anotheras the reblochon cheese will melt during the cooking

6. In between 2 pear slices, insert 1 slice of reblochon cheese.

7. Fill the center with the remaining reblochon cheese and pears.

8. Sprinkle cumin seeds over the tart.

9. Bake the tart for about 20 minutes.
