Ingredients
1. Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leaves and chop up the rest. Peel and chop the red onion.
2. Heat butter and oil in a pot and brown the roast pork on all sides. Add salt and pepper. Add the chopped cabbage, the bouquet garni and sprinkle the sugar. Pour the vinegar and 25 cl of water. Cook over a low fire for 45 minutes.
3. Peel the apples, remove the core and seeds. Cut into quarters. Add the apples to the roast with a little water, if necessary.Cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
