General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash, dry the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and seeds and then slice finely. Peel and slice the onions.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. When they are translucent, add the bacon and cook until bacon and onions are golden. Set aside.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Oil a baking dish. Cut the cheese into slices. Arrange a layer of apples in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle bacon and onions, then top with cheese slices. Salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of cheese. Bake the tartiflette for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
