General informations
Ingredients
1. Cook rice according to the time indicated on the package (about 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the chorizo into small dice. Rinse and section the celery stalk.
3. Wash and dry the apples, core and seeds and slice. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash and drain the watercress.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet, add the rice, chorizo, celery, sprinkle with saffron, salt and pepper. Sauté for 10 minutes.
5. Divide the mixture into 6 plates. Sprinkle apple slices and garnish with watercress. Serve immediately.
