Thin crust pizza with almonds and figs
We recommend you an excellent gourmet pizza recipe with figs and almonds. Mouth-watering!
1. Combine the softened butter in a bowl with the almond powder, flour and egg yolk. Add the fig jam. Rinse and cut the fresh figs into quarters. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6).
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 20 x 15 cm 4 to 5 mm thick, and transfer on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Prick the dough with a fork.
3. Divide the almond cream, leaving a edge of 1 cm. Press the fig quarters in the cream and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
4. When it is cooked, remove the pizza from the oven . Bring the barley syrup to a boil for 2 minutes. Glaze the pizza with it and allow to cool.
5. Enjoy the pizza warm or cold. Complement with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
