Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. (th. 6/7). Buttered 6 disposable aluminium moulds. Melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
2. Whisk vigorously the whole eggs with sugar in a big bowl. Add flour and mix well. Stir in the chocolate mixture and whisk.
3. Fill the moulds with half of the batter, place a chocolate square in the middle and pour the rest of the dough in moulds. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and unmold . Serve immediately.
