General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Put the flour in a bowl. Break the eggs in it, add the sugar and whisk well, adding the milk gradually until a smooth batter.
2. Wash, dry cherries.
3. Butter the small ramekins. Divide the cherries and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with almond powder. Bake for 35 minutes.
4. Check for doneness with a knife: if it comes out clean, remove the clafoutis from the oven and let them cool.
