Stir-fried Chinese cabbage with chicken and shrimp
Prepare a delicious stir-fried cabbage with chicken and shrimp with our easy recipe.
1. Peel and chop garlic. Peel and mince the Chinese cabbage. Wash, dry, thin out and chop coriander.
2. Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
3. Over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in the wok and stir-fry chicken and shrimps for 8 minutes. Set aside.
4. Heat the remaining peanut oil, sesame oil and add the garlic, ginger and cabbage. Sauté over high heat for 3 minutes.
5. Add the chicken, shrimps and bean sprouts, pour the broth with soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Roast the sesame seeds in a small nonstick skillet for 1 minute, stirring.
7. Cut the lemon into quarters.
8. Arrange the cabbage sautéed with shrimps and chicken strips into bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped coriander. Pour broth and serve with lemon wedges.
