Craving for a burger? Here is an easy recipe with veal, comté cheese and arugula. A delight!

1. In a hot pan, cook the veal without fat, and let brown.

2. Slice thinly the veal and pepper.

3. Heat the burger buns in the toaster. Spread with mayonnaise, then add the arugula, tabasco, sea salt, comté cheese shavings, some coriander leaves and at the end the veal slices.
