Cod fish gratin
You want to prepare a cod gratin? Follow our quick and easy recipe.
1. Wash the cocktail tomatoes and cut them in two. Cut the gouda cheese in strips. Brush the lemon with hot water and cut into fine slices. Wash and dry the dill.
2. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th.7). Divide the cod into 4 mini pots. Add 5 cl of white wine, 5 cl of water and 5 cl of liquid cream. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle with the Espelette pepper. Top with the cocktail tomatoes, the lemon slices and the gouda cheese into the pots. Bake the gratin for 20 minutes.
3. Garnish with the sprigs of dill. Serve hot in the mini pots.
Our cooking tip: You can add a bed of zucchinis at the base of the pots. Blanch them in salted water for 5 minutes.
