Salmon with steamed vegetables, yogurt sauce with herbs

  Ingredients

1. Wash, drain, thin out and chop the herbs. Set aside a few basil leaves to garnish.

2. Mix the herbs with yogurt, half of the 5 peppers and half of the sea salt. Reserve in the refrigerator.

3. Trim the green beans and cut into sections. Cut the salmon into slices 1 cm thick. Brush the salmon with olive oil. Steam at the same time vegetables and salmon slices for about 6 minutes.

4. Serve vegetables with the salmon slices, the yogurt sauce and sprinkle with the rest of 5 peppers and remaining sea salt. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Enjoy.
