Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210 ° C. Chop the chocolate with a knife, melt in a bain-marie and smooth. In a bowl, mix the almond powder, sugar, whole egg and 3 yolks until smooth. Stir in the melted chocolate.
2. Roll out the dough. Prick the tart shell, cover with a parchment paper and add dried beans. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Peel, seed the pears and cut into thick slices. Pour the chocolate mixture over the pre-baked tart shell, arrange the pear slices on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Toast the almonds in a hot pan, without fat. Sprinkle on the tart.
