Tarte Tatin
Make a tarte tatin with apples, puff pastry, butter and sugar. A classic and timeless dessert.
1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210 ° C. Peel the apples and cut in two. Remove the core and seeds, then cut into thick wedges.
2. Pour the sugar in a loaf pan with high edges and add the butter cut into slices. Place the pan over low heat and cook gently until a light caramel. Arrange the apple slices on the caramel and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently until they are completely coated.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Place the dough over the apples and tuck the edges between the mould and the fruits with the help of the handle of a spoon.
4. Bake for 25 minutes: the dough should be golden. Remove the pan from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then unmold the cake upside down on a plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
