Duck breast skewers with spices figs

This dish wonderfully combines several scents. These skewers with duck breast and spiced figs will amaze the finest gourmets.

  Ingredients

1. Rinse the figs and dry them on absorbent paper. Cut them into quarters. Pour in a pan. Add the spices and salt. Set aside.

2. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Cut the duck breasts into large cubes. Prick them on skewers. Brush with honey on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place the skewers on an oven tray with the skin side facing up. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Cook the figs for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time.

4. Divide the fig compote on plates and add the skewers. Serve.
