General informations
Ingredients
1. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut into large pieces. Chop the chives. Peel the onions and cut into quarters.
2. Cook the bell peppers and the onions in a pot with salted water for 15 minutes.
3. Blend, adding little by little the cooking water. Salt, pepper, pour in cream and mix.
4. Leave to cool in the fridge for 1 hour and sprinkle with the chopped chives before serving.
