Lime panna cotta
Panna cotta is a popular dessert. With lime, it gives an even more delicious result. Here is the recipe.
1. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Grate the lemon zest and blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water. Squeeze the lemon.
2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the granulated sugar, mixing constantly. Off the heat, add the drained gelatin sheets and whisk until melted. Pour the lemon juice and mix again.
3. Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Before serving, unmold the panna cotta on plates. Decorate with a lemon zest and raspberry coulis
