Here is an easy recipe for a pecan and banana pound cake. Perfect for a picnic or brunch.

Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). Melt butter in a small saucepan or place in the microwave. Let cool.
2. In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork and rum. Add eggs, mixing well between each step.
3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, hazelnut powder, sugar, and finally the melted butter. Combine well.
4. Chop pecans, mix them into the dough. Fold into a buttered pound cake mold. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
