Lamb with onions
We recommend you a recipe to make a lamb with onions. Easy to make, this dish will delight the whole family.
1. Peel and slice 3 large onions. Peel and grate 30 g of fresh ginger. Chop finely the white part of 1 lemongrass stick and 1 bunch of coriander.
2. Heat 5 cl of oil in a wok, add 30 g of honey and let brown the onions for 6-7 minutes over high heat. Add 1 pinch of four-spice blend and the lemongrass. Set aside.
3. In the same wok, sear 600g minced lamb for 3-4 minutes over high heat, salt and pepper, add the onions and stir vigorously. Add 200 g bean sprouts, ginger, soy sauce, coriander and sesame oil. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve with Chinese noodles or white rice.
Our cooking tip: For a successful cooking, remember to remove the meat out of the fridge early enough so it is at room temperature: 15 to 30 minutes for a small piece of meat, 1 hour prior to a larger cut.
