Ingredients
1. Pour ½ of a packet of hazelnut powder in a shallow dish. Beat 1 egg as an omelet, transfer it in another shallow dish. Pour some flour in a third plate.
2. Roll 4 fish fillets in the flour, then the egg, and in the hazelnut powder. Cook them in a pan with 1 knob of butter.
