Leg of lamb with spices
For a family meal, we advise you to cook a leg of lamb with spices. Follow our easy recipe.
1. Peel and chop 2 garlic cloves and 1 red onion. Combine the garlic and onion with ½ teaspoon of cumin, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 pinch of chili pepper, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cream, 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 glass of water. Whisk vigorously.
2. Buttered a baking dish, place the whole lamb and brush with half of the marinade.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
4. Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle the lamb with the rest of the marinade. Bake for 1 hour, turning halfway through cooking. Serve with green beans.
