Curry lamb with pears

1. Peel and chop the onions. Peel and remove the green germ of the garlic cloves.

2. Rinse the pears and peel. Cut in half, remove the core and seeds, then cut into small cubes.

3. Heat oil in a pot. Brown evenly the lamb cubes Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté all ingredients for 3 minutes, stirring. Sprinkle with curry, pour 20 cl of water, yogurt and diced pears.

4. Mix, add salt, cover and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.  Dividein 6 plates and serve with basmati rice.

Our cooking tip: Sprinkle 30 g toasted flaked almonds, and chopped fresh coriander.
