Ingredients
1. Cut the meat into cubes and put them in a dish. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Peel and chop the onion and add it. Sprinkle with ras-el-hanout. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Preheat the oven on grill position. Thread the marinated pork cubes on the skewers. Bake for 20 minutes, basting with marinade and turning regularly.
3. Divide the skewers into 6 plates Garnish with a sprig of thyme. Serve with a fresh tomato compote.
