Vegetable crumble

Here is an easy recipe for a crumble with vegetables such as carrots or cauliflower. A delight for your taste buds.

1. Rinse the cauliflower and broccoli florets. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Steam the vegetables for 20 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, prepare the crumble topping: mix with your fingertips the flour, 100 g butter in pieces, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Divide the vegetables in a baking dish greased with the remaining butter. Cover with the crumble and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

Our cooking tip: If you wish, you can substitute parmesan with 40 g of crushed hazelnuts. This will bring your crunch.
