We all know the steamed artichoke, however, there are various ways to accommodate it. Today we propose to make delicious artichoke soup.

Ingredients
1. Peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces as well as the artichoke hearts. Put everything in a saucepan. Pour the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes.
2. Drain the vegetables and put in the bowl of a blender. Mix by incorporating the broth little by little.
3. Pour the soup in a saucepan, add the cream and butter, stir and reheat over low flame, stirring.
4. Divide the artichoke cream into bowls. Lightly salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
