1. Soften 2,5 gelatin leaves in cold water a few minutes. In a saucepan, mix 40 cl cream 20 cl milk, 40 g of sugar and 1 vanilla pod. Heat and turn off when it starts boiling.

2. Drain the gelatin and add it to the mixture while beating. Wash and hull 20 strawberries. Cut into pieces, place them into glasses and top with panna cotta. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
